This card said t mobile this company is a fraud couldn't be used under a t mobile device wont refund the monies.

The connections through Simple Mobile are great ONLY when I use their phone. When I am connecting with my phone, a T-Mobile phone, it's sporadic. Luck is more like it. The BYOP is configured to cheaper less complicated phones. I own a OnePlus 7 Pro ($700) and S.M grid could not hold a decent connection but then I purchased a $20 ZTE Blade and connections are nearly flawless. The only 2 problems I have are hotspot and minor glitching. My hotspot is supposed to be at 15gb 4G but when I connect my 1+ I get no internet at all. Tried APN resets on both phones, tried Network resets, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. my son's phone (exactly the same phone, a Blade, exact same $60 plan) works great. So I had to make his primary phone and use his hotspot to work on my 1+. Also, the COVID 10GB free hotspot data is a farce. All I get is loop to website and back to 611611 text . This will be the last month I use Simple Mobile. Gave it 3 month opportunity and it failed.
