Attempting to Refinance
Called in several times to discuss the potential refinance of my mortgage that you hold. Held for extraordinary time each attempt. Finally got a gentleman who was quite rude and refused to answer my questions. He finally told me he was sending me to "Rapid Refinance Dept". Held for an hour and no one ever answered. Unbelievable poor service. I'll check Lending Tree.
Refund not received
We sold a vehicle on June 28, however, the loan company continued to withdraw 3 additional monthly payments from our bank account. I was told the dispute would be resolved within 10 days. The refund of $380 hasn't showed up in our bank till now.
