To Nissan finance officer:
We have requested the extended warranty be removed on our Nissan 2017 Altima on 3 separate occasions. We still haven't seen credit on our balance. We have waited more than 6 weeks as you requested. This is Clovis ca. Who do I talk to about this problem?

I HATE ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL on my 2018 Murano!! I went through the owners manual, & no where does it state how or if I can turn it off & have standard cruise. Resume after braking or cancelling is non-existent. It must be reset each time! Apparently, the design engineers don't use it, because they too would think it sucks!! My email is tedlloef @yahoo.com

I’ve recently purchased a vehicle at Sterling McCall Nissan in stafford Texas. And was trying to get info on finance info and payments , kept getting hung up , the main num personal response in a very unprofessional way , gave me an attitude, transferring me to wrong extension numbers , no one seems to want to help and assist calls.

My 2020 rogue has white sealant smeared inside the tire wheel. Was told by dealership it is moisture barrier and noise insulation. It looks like it was smeared on to cover damage to axle of tire. Please explain.

In mid-May I took my car to Busam Nissan, Cincinnati, OH for repair of my driver side door handle, and stated that my check engine light was on. The handle repair was made and the maintenance light was reset. Also was told at that time that I needed front brake repair, which I did not have done at that time. The check engine light came on again, so I took my vehicle back for the brake repairs and to check the light; May 28, 2020 invoice states another reset was made. Check engine light came on again. Repair was supposedly made. The June 12, 2020 invoice for $586.41 states repair for Crankshaft position sensor and Valve Assy-solenoid, valve timing control was made. After that repair, the check engine light came on again. The June 26, 2020 invoice for $258.86 states, both Crankshaft position sensors were replaced. I've paid for both replacements! Once again my check engine light has come on. I haven't taken my vehicle back at this time because I have lost confidence Busam Nissan. They have always provided good service, but to take my vehicle back for the same repair over and over again, I don't believe that I can trust to get it made at Busam. My check engine light is still on. I need some direction as to what course of action to take to get my vehicle repaired. Please advise.
