I went to NYCB/Amtrust at Galt Ocean/Ft. Laud. Branch yesterday. I had a check in an envelope to deposit. I have a lot of money in your bank for years. There were customers inside but the bank was closed early. The ATM was not in use. I called up the bank and was told to use the night depository but saw no place to put the check. I called up again and was told to come back tomorrow!! WHERE IS THE HUMANITY???? I go out every 2 wks. just for food and safety. They could have taken my envelope especially when customers were still leaving!!! Despicable treatment in our present. state of dangerous affairs!!

Its been a week now and still unable to use on line banking from my computer. I have no idea what checks have cleared, nor the balance on my account through deposits. NYCB should have left things the way they were, it worked just fine. Don't fix something that isn't broken, at this point, just put back the old system.

Please call me, 330 468 5156 to re-install usage.

I have been trying to get on to your online banking system. I call your customer support phone number, and I am put on hold for over a half hour and then your call is dropped. Also I have tried using the phone to get a new code number , and the person talks so fast that I cannot understand what she is saying. I need some help as I need to use your online system. Went to office 9/03/20 spoke with representative could not log into my account was suppose to be fixed, got home and still can not get into my account. I tried calling again keep you on hold for 20min or more then phone goes dead. please call back at 7188272498 thank you.

I can not use the automated service. I have called customer service several times and waited on hold until I was disconnected (every single time) I have sent emails to CONTACTUS @mynycb.com, on several occasions with no reply or call back. Can someone get in touch with me to have this straightened out. I do not feel comfortable leaving my number on a public site, so if you could look up my info and call me back, that would be great. I have spent several hours trying to get in touch with you, I am now exhausted from doing so. I plan on calling HQ if I do not hear back by tomorrow.

Its over two 2 weeks now and still no on line banking. I cannot believe in NY there is no one who can repair this program to help customer get on line service. Go back to the old program then, it wasn't broken and client could move around it quite nicely do what normally you do at a bank. Its unheard of in today's world that this issue cannot be repair after a 2-l/2 period. By pass the system, something, in order to help your clients. Can someone call me to repair, my branch asked that I re-join, that cannot be done either.

I have been trying to log in to new system and have not been successful. I tried through Customer Service and my branch but no success. I tried changing my password - no good.

How can I enter the system? I am presently out of the country and due to corona I cannot return now.
Please advise.

I have been with NYCB for over 50 years-I have been using on line banking since 2005-whatever happen? I know there was a (so called) changed to the system-since that over two weeks I cannot get on my on line account for checking, In checking my passing word in the secure site I am using what is posted. However-being locked out from too many attempts I have to go the bank to release that hold, but they can offer no further info. Anyway that did not work and of course the phone lines are always busy up. It seems no one can help. At this point I just want to unenroll in online backing but of course I can't because you have to do this on line. I, really at this stage, do not want to change my banking to another institution but all roads point to that. What a shame-this was a great neighborhood bank-once.
