I send money to my wife every month also send money to myself. i travel to see her every 2 months to Mexico sometimes even faster. my account was closed. I have been a customer for about 2 years i work make $6800 a month and my money is legit money. Reactivate my account or i will contact the better business bureau.

A confirmed transaction ready for pickup
Your location doesn't have the funds to payout my transaction what do I do? I asked them to transfer to my PayPal account they won't they want the sender to call why? It confirmed that it been received and ready for pick up why do you need to speak to the sender. You have collected it and it's been paid for it just needs to be picked up confused but it's complete on the senders end.
Please call as soon as possible with some kind of idea on how to get my funds please. I need a resolution to this problem asap. I feel as if you are placing the problem on me like it my fault that the companies you have working to get these transactions completed are not doing there jobs and I'm some how to blame. This is just horrible I need this money and your company or the people you have can't do the job so I'm the one that has to take the sh__ end of the stick and you are holding the cash I need tremendously.
Think you should regroup and find a better system because your company can't do the job it is in business to do. I gave your employees and easier solution but can't transfer it to my PayPal account they say so I'm confused if you have the cash why can't this be done like I said it's confirmed and ready for pickup.
