Mitsubishi car dealer in Riverhead New York
Was very interested in purchasing one of your cars until visiting this establishment. First car needed battery charged up. Then the car needed to be taken somewhere for gasoline. Then after we said well think about it we received a forceful remark if I’m committed you better be committed. Then when we got home we received a voicemail they forgot to give us back our drivers license. When we told him we’re not interested in the car they mysteriously lost our drivers license. We were first told that they mailed it to us. Then we were told no one was there to help us call back. Then when we showed up to pick up the license we were told it was locked up in the safe. After calling for weeks and being hung up on I finally got manager on the phone and told us it was lost. They were sorry and they would pay for it. I ordered a new license and sent the bill of $17. I have called over and over and no return phone calls and no check for $17. This is been going on now for five weeks, actually I think it’s more like six weeks. I am related to someone that works for the local paper and I’m ready to put this in a small little ad for people to read that live out in the Hamptons where I live. This is by far The worst I’ve ever been treated by a car dealership. Contact me as soon as possible at my home number 631725-8675, or my cell phone 631953-3187. Rose Lopinto.

HI! I recently had a recall on my car, I took it to Prestige Auto in Eau Claire WI. and they did not to a very good job, as I have rust were they had just coated my car with protectant which was not a good job as a week later it all rusty. I feel they did not resolve this issue and feel that they should have wire brushed the existing surface to break free any rust the spray the undercoat protectant, not happy Thanks Sheryl Neilson
