Hi there, I have been receiving emails for a customer who purchased one of your cars around the 20th November 2017 and despite numerous emails to your customer service, blocking you as spam, unsubscribing from your updates I am still receiving marketing mail.

I am NOT Wai Tsin, it seems this poor individual is also not getting their reminders for service appointments as you keep sending them to a person in the UK!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE will you update your records.
If this lack of response and action to my frustrated emails is any indication of your customer service then I would be hard pushed to even consider Mazda as a potential vehicle. I hope that you will actually contact the person concerned and remove MY email from your records, this is a copy of their service reminder.
