Adjustable bed frame broke
We purchased an adjustable bed frame in July, 2018 with an extended warranty. The bed frame broke and needs repair. I have sent several emails, called the store to get contact info for service, email I was given is not valid and no answer on the phone call. What do we have to do to get someone to help us get this fixed.
No rope
Ordered a bed and needed immediate delivery. Salesperson at 1180 Old Country Road in Riverhead said it was too difficult to tie the mattress and box spring to a minivan. Returned the next day with different vehicle. Salesman told me to buy rope. He didn’t have any. I refunded my purchase, which will tie up my credit card for 7 days. This is poor customer service and punitive.
Mattress delivery problem
On 12/2/2020, I ordered mattresses to be delivered on 12/39/2020, as I was in a new house and needed a place to sleep. I was told on the day of delivery they could not deliver it that day. I was furious. I thought I cancelled my order several times but needless to say some showed up on my doorstep delivered 1/3/2021. No one is at the house and they were just left there. I AM STILL FURIOUS, can't find anyone to help me or take it back.
Frustrated
I have been trying to reach mattress firm customer service for 4 days now. Called multiple time and never got a call back I even waited 40 minutes before i decided to hang up. Went to my nearest store to find out that they are some how separate and couldn’t help me with my online order.
