To whom it may concern I work in the movie industry and use your 10" sliding compound saws all the time I have 6 of them in the shop. Recently to show their gratitude someone made a purchase of a lessor value of the following item for me-(HITACHI C10FSC 10" SLIDING SAW). I have to let you know within one month the housing broke and cannot get a replacement part for it this tool is junk. When I looked up reviews of this product there are nothing but complaints about it.

Being that this was a gift I do not have any paperwork on it but anything you can do whether it be a gift card or something else you might think of would be greatly appreciated.

The blower starts pretty well when cold, but won't start again when it's been used. What do I do?

I purchased the Hitachi EC99S today 7/16/19 from Lowes store last one opened box and it was missing the dipstick and oil when I got home ,can someone help me out with this please, all my air tools are Hitachi thanks.

It is time to change the oil in my EC99S compressor. The owners book does not tell me how much oil should be put in. The dip stick is confusing as to what is the correct level.

Hitachi used to be the best roofing nail gun on the planet until a couple years ago when you guys started making them subpar and inferior out of cheap parts and you guys know for a fact you did it so do all the roofers. I'm on social media Roofing groups and I promise you if you haven't seen it yet you will soon no one will be buying your Hitachi Roofing guns because they suck. you guys ruined them thanks for nothing assholes let's use cheaper parts so we can make more money. you guys are so stupid nobody's going to buy these guns anymore I've had three of them break down into year time three brand-new guns complete trash. you guys ruined your roofing gun.

Hitachi is a disgrace for what they did to the roofing nailer soon as Metabo took over the guns went downhill big time anybody reading this I would highly advise against buying a Hitachi roofing nail gun until such a Time they take them back to what they used to be.

Now that Hitachi is Metabo they have started cheapening their tools up big time since 2018 you can look it up I have never seen so many tools go down so fast since they switched 2 using plastic and hurts and junk parts on their tools I've had three of the roofing guns go down on me in 2 years Metabo took over and cheap and everything up now there tools are junk.

how do I get new batteries for this cordless drill?

I've had a HITACHI driver drill for over 12 years and it has served me very well over the years. I bought a new one at Lowles and used it 6 times and it stopped working. I tried to bring it back but they would not accept it because it was outdated and new ones were in. this drill SUCKS. It is much lighter then my old one but its a piece of junk. What happened to Hitachi. I will never buy another power toll form them.

On june 15 2020 I delivered my trimmer on sears hato rey, puerto rico because of malfunctions. I have visited the store three times and nobody knows when its going to be repaired.

I had this same blower for years and it worked great. Got a new one on Amazon, same model. Started once, worked great, now I cannot get it to start again. I see the same comment from another user. Maybe Chinese trick???
