In Sept. of 2017 my account was broken into. Unfortunately I didn't notice this until Dec 2018, when I saw duplicate credit card charges (12/4 and 12/10 of $95.88). Godaddy was good enough to cancel those charges and one other ($15.17 in December also) but has refused to go back any further saying that the break in happened "years ago" although this is not true. I was also told that another $95.88 charge that occurred on 10/7/2018 would also be rescinded but that hasn't happened. The decision to not go back any further is completely arbitrary, essentially everything from 9/2017 to 12/1018 is fraudulent. I first reported this in January of this year, a little more than a year from when the break in occurred but have not been able to get any kind of answer. We're not talking about thousands of dollars, the amount is roughly $300. I've been a customer since August of 2009 and would like to continue to be.
