Terrible customer service! I just called to ensure that the service technician shows up at certain time since I wasn't going to be available, and what I got in return was "you are 4 phone calls away for your service" response. The customer service rep (Ethan) just sounded as he wasn't willing to assist in any way. He standard answer just discourage everything. All I wanted was to ensure the technician knew when I was going to be available to meet him/her. Unfortunately, I can't have my cell phone at my work place for security reasons, so now I have to periodically run outside to check my cell phone to make sure I don't miss the call.

It's 10:07 a.m. central time on Monday, December 21, 2020. I've been calling 855-224-4987 for about 15 minutes to check on a scheduled appointment. The voice mail keeps answering saying "Normal business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday - Friday. Please call back during that time." Why is no one answering an hour and a half after they are supposed to be answering calls?
