I received a letter concerning my my home equity loan ending in 6829.When should I except to receive the documents such as the deed to my home.I sent you a check for 57.00 even though I did not agree to pay since I was with Charter one and your bank purchased my account with a zero outstanding balance. There is no lien on my property so I except to receive the documents in an expedited manner.I tried calling your customer service dept only to sit on hold for 30 minutes. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
