Good evening, I am so relieved to find you and able to send a request. This is October 5th, 2020 and I am so frustrated with the Canadian Brother support. I have been trying for over 12 hours to download the driver & software, and it just isn't happening. There is NO email, phone #, to call. I have had over 6 different people who claim they are you, but I caught on ready quickly. I have always had brother printer (2) that are gone now and I bought (2) more, one for my home and the other for the boss who needed one and I told him you were the best. Now I am so discouraged, and wonder if this was a good buy. I cannot download the recommended app, and the computer I am using is 6 months old, should not have any problems. I am begging for help. Please send me answers. PS: A phone # would be so much nicer. Thank you for hearing/reading my anxiousness.
