I need someone to come out and replace the inner glass door on my Bosch wall oven. Model Number HBLP451RUC installed February 2020. The inner glass shattered 30 minutes into the self cleaning mode.

What dishwasher cleaner do you recommend for Bosch dishwashers? I’ve only used Affresh and wondered if there is different one you recommend. Thank you.

It does not get the dishes clean even after I wash and rinse the dishes before putting them into the dishwasher. So, I just use this expensive piece of equipment just to sanitize the dishes. After purchasing and installing the Bosch DW, I have had 5 problems over a 15 month period with water leaks that have damaged my cabinets and left puddles of water on the floor. The company has sent out repair men to fix the problem but it still continues. Now I have an additional problem in that during the 110 minute cycle the dishwasher has shut off 5 times. So much for quality and durability. No wonder the company wants you to purchase an extended warranty. My 35 year old GE dishwasher had only 1 service call in that time, but company no longer had parts for it. I do miss it especially since it actually washed my dishes clean.

My icemaker on my Bosch refrigerator purchased from Southeast Steel, Orlando FL on 07/10/19 doesn't work. Model # B26F%50SNS Serial Number 502768198110003199. Topline Appliances came out today and said I need a new ice maker. Service man said ice maker is out of warranty as it is over a year old. According to your website it appears the part should be covered. I was told to submit pictures of original invoice plus invoice from Topline. Web site address I was given doesn't work to provide pictures. Please help

I love the way the dishwasher works! I love the way my double oven works. We received the oven damaged from Millmans appliances in December. It appears that the appliance was dropped and damaged the control panel. Everything works but since we paid full price for this oven,we would like the control panel replaced . We have been waiting for awhile and since you only guarantee 12 months on this appliance , I was concerned about the time frame. Also how to clean your stainless steel . It really smears and I can’t make it look nice. Also I have been unable to get the sticky mark off the refrigerator where the ticket was glued on. Any suggestions?

I am looking for a dishwasher and was excited to buy Bosch-then I began reading the Consumer Reports reviews. I see many dissatisfied with load arrangements-which could be discretionary but I am alarmed with several complaints about drainage. One was specific that the drain had to be manually unblocked almost monthly. I cant deal with that issue. I need to know more about this problem, has it been identified, and what is the fix.

I also have the impression from reviews that this requires a technician to install the unit. I am a handy DYIer and balk and question at any device that requires expert installation.

How can you appease me?

The numbers on my clock half disappeared several months ago. Is this reparable?
