I went to local AutoZone store in Gallup, NM yesterday to redeem $20 credit because of Rewards earned. I chose to buy two wipers for $25.12 and the man worked at the front desk told me that I only have to pay $5.12. But after he entered my AutoZone card number into his computer, he told me that I spent the money $20 already. I told him that I didn't spend a cent after I received the $20 Reward. He told me to call the Customer Service -- 900 741 9197. I called the Customer Service. A lady answered the phone call and told me someone in Denver used my card on 12/26/18 and bought $51 stuff. I told her my son is in Texas and my husband is in Thailand. I received AutoZone card in Albuquerque NM. How could someone in Denver use my card for purchases? She said that she had to investigate. She asked me to hold the phone line. I hold the line for more than an hour. But she never came back and answered the call. I needed the phone to call my friend. After about 20 minutes, I then called the Customer Service -- 900 741 9197 again. But the phone was busy and I couldn't get hold of anybody. I am very upset for the treatment I get from AutoZone.

The auto zone in Omaha Nebraska on saddle creek has zero respect or common sense when dealing with customers. I’m a manager myself and would have never been okay dealing with customer like I was dealt with today at auto zone. I live near by this location and go there often because it’s close also where all my kids go that has all changed today. This is 5:00 we’d sept 23 rd I had bought a starter for a vehicle two weeks prior for a Tahoe I bought but decided to sell the vehicle. I go in to auto zone to return the starter and the guy tells me I can do a return on that because you decided to sell the vehicle. I can’t even make sense of him saying this, he talked to another guy working there then came back to me saying the part was installed and they can’t take it back, ask me where was the box it came in when it was tht same man tht kept my box when I purchased the starter. It was never installed he refused to listen to me said I will not give your money back for this so I’m just out of 183$. I will never go to auto zone anywhere if this man is type of employees this company is allowing to deal with customers.

I returned a Duralast carjack that failed when I was under the car. It leaked everywhere and almost killed me. I returned the jack at Sanford autozone and was refused a refund or exchange! The jack says it has a 1 yr warranty which I used it twice. Very upset! Never spending a dime there or any Autozone again.
