I purchased a Chrysler Navigation from your company and received it yesterday, May 7, 2018. I tried to install it in my car to update my system and it read on screen "NOTHING ON DISC TO READ". Have been trying to call most of the day at one of two number's (1-(888) 733-5492 and 1-(800) 257-4631). Either I seem to call too early or call too late, in either case no one to talk to or contact about this. I need a new DVD for my car or money returned. I have a Chrysler 300c, 2011.
