Can you pay cash when you check your bags at the airport?

Last week I made a change in my wife and my reservations to Puerto Vallarta from Seattle in March 2021. For the change of date (1 week later than originally booked as grand kids spring break dates changed due to Covid-19 corona virus) we were charged somewhere around $127/each!!

I got back to Canada from the US on sept19 2020 I just wanted to say I spoke with 2 ladys on the phone. Jeana was one the other did not get her name. Both gals went out of the way to help me on both calls. I am not a great flyer and my Canadian flight canceled the flight I was on. Jeana rebooked me on 2 flights to get me to my new flight time in Vancourver. then I did not get my email on my phone so called back. And this gal helped me get it straight. It was my fault that I gave the wrong email address to Jeana. Awesome front line staff and service. Not that I like to fly but if I have to I will try to use Alaska every time now.
