It is great to have a back-up for when the need arises to have food delivery at one's door. The menus are very well thought through and ingeniously packaged. I can't wait to start the cooking! But, for now I must cancel my subscription.

I wish to cancel my subscription. I signed onto an address that indicated that I would need to pay a $35 convenience fee in order to cancel. I cannot believe that is correct. I am having surgery and for the foreseeable future I cannot see how I will be able to use my Blue Apron subscription. I do not want to have to deal with remembering to continually log on every few weeks to cancel the next few weeks meals. I would appreciate acknowledgement via email or text that my subscription has been cancelled.

Expensive, instructions were not clear and above all i was not satisfied with the quality of the food.

I want to cancel my blue apron subscription. Why do you make it so hard to cancel subscriptions? not very customer friendly. I will think twice before signing on again because of this.

Very nice service, food was great when we had time to cook the meals. But it seems that you make it very hard to cancel, we have to think about this next time we decide to come back.

I would like to cancel my account. I was given a gift certification and have now used it up except for a few dollars left on the account. I do not want to sign up for this service. We enjoyed it, but do not have the time to continue with regular orders, do not want to have to cancel every week we do not want the service, and the price is comparable with eating out which is much easier than cooking. The meals were great, but I do not have the time to cook on a regular basis.

I would like to cancel my Blue Apron Account. It's unfortunate they make it so difficult, up to this point it's been a great experience.

For feedback - the flavor of the food was amazing, the ease of the recipe was also great. The meat on the other hand was fair to poor quality at best. I have never had steak that was so tough and chewy. I tried several steak recipes all with the same result. Chicken and Pork were also just so-so. I would try again if the quality of the food was better.

I enjoyed my introductory offer of your service but I find it a bit expensive and a little overwhelming to cook and eat before the fresh produce spoils.

I have really enjoyed your meal service -- the food and recipes have all been wonderful. Unfortunately, I am traveling a lot and don't always have time to go to your site to skip meals. It is too difficult to keep up and simply do not have time to cook the meals that I do receive.
