Customer service, product replacement NO RESOLUTION
Hi, I have called 800 379-2073 multiple times. It goes to VM for a very long number - no reply. I have also called other 800 numbers and have been hung up on. I have purchased 2 NC QC20 (inmotion ref) earbuds. One 3 years ago, one 45 days ago. Both stopped charging, therefore there is no noise cancellation. Please contact me at the above email with instructions. There is no chat support available according to your website. This is very frustrating - I think there are issues with various areas, phone numbers and systems.

To Whom it May Concern,
I am curious why after two days I have yet to receive a confirmation of my order for the hearphone product. My charges were paid two days ago when the order was placed, which I personally viewed on my accounts. I called Bose again earlier today to find out what has happened and was not given any definite answer. I was told when I placed my order that this product was available and would ship in 2-3 business days with a tracking number. As of now I have not received a confirmation of my order and obviously no tracking number. I must say I am surprised by this. I can place an order with just about any company and receive confirmation of my payment and my order within seconds, whether the product I have ordered is a $10.00 or 100.00 product. I expected far better service than this from a company whose products I have used and owned for over 25 years. I hope to hear something soon or I may look elsewhere for a similar product.
