Paypal trying to extort $1035.79
This PayPal balance site is trying to make me pay them for 2 purchases I made with my American Express card and I also paid one of the purchases of $86.22 with my American Express account and I sent them documents of my bank statement and my payment statement from American Express and I do not owe less than $800 on the other purchase of $949.99 which I have until February to pay off. They also stole a $30 credit given to me by PayPal because they took a payment out of my bank account two weeks before The scheduled date.
I’m sending all PayPal documents, emails and copies of messages I’ve written and everything else and I’ve printed everything twice, beings it’s over $1000.00 I believe this is a federal crime... I’m not paying these purchases twice... and I’m going to continue to pay the card I purchased them with! I believe this Paypal is doing a lot of fraudulent activity now.

My name is Ronald Shekiro I DO NOT have an account with PayPal, but my wife did and she has died in 2012. So I DO NOT know why you are sending me a message that my account is in trouble. You have stated that you are going lock this account. I don't know how I can confirm the account because I do not have her password. I can't get into that account. Trying to contact a customer service represenative
This company will never let you speak to a person to try and explain anything to. That is a big negative a far as good customer service is concerned. I am not happy at all with their lack of customer service.

Money stolen
My sister sent me cash on January 3, 2019 and upon calling to inquire about the funds and why were they pending for 7 days which never happened before (this is rent money) she sends funds EVERY month through PayPay and this had NEVER happaened before! This afternoon I checked after being told by customer service the funds were sent by echeck (which is not true) takes 7 days (another untruth, I get my funds automatically). I now question did one of the PayPal employees STEAL my $514.77 funds! After checking once again the funds have NOW STATES: MONEY RECEIVED - CANCELLED!!! NOW WHAT? I will go back to the old methods of sending and receiving money. I am one dissatisfied customer.
