Hi! On 7 June I made an order. The order's number is 28597340 and my bank informed me that 22 Euros were taken from my bank account for this order. But today I tried to track my order by logging in your site and I faced a problem, cause it did not sign in and told me that there was error. How do your company work with the customer for as a package not being received by the delivery date nor 2 days passed? There is no information available online with FedEx nor my Postal Service but the money has been taken from my account. I know its not your company's fault because you all did ship it but I'm trying to see what I need to do for as getting my money back if I never receive my package?

Item number has inside stitching that is annoying and rubs into foot. Actually hurts. Also, because boots are flimsy it feels like my feet will turn over when walking.

I picked up my package at a near by forever 21 when I opened the package later that day one of the items shipped was the wrong item. Item I bought was dress for $28 and I received a tank for priced at $12.90.

Never received tracking info just an email receipt with a phone no and email. When I call the phone number I can never talk to a human or receive any kind of information on my order. I ordered some clothes about two weeks ago and I went today to check the status of my shipment and it said the order was canceled. And I haven’t received any money. I’d like to have my items instead. I called the customer service lines and it says they’re closed on Sunday,but it’s friday today? Idk I’ve never had a bad experience before, but I want what I’ve paid for.

I must say the location I was shopping in the other day was appalling. I watched an associate get yelled at by another associate/ manager over a rolling rack it was terrible I had to take my children and leave no one offered me any assistance even though they were wondering the store. On other occasions I've watched this same manager on his phone instead of at the cash wrap while a customer stood at the cash wrap waiting for help.. I WILL NOT!!! Spend any money in that store and it is the only location in my area. That store has very poor moral it seems.

I’m so very disappointed in Forever 21 and Fed Ex. I placed an order on March 29, 2019 and received an email that they were shipped on March 31st. Well here it is April 29th and I have yet to receive my items. I’ve called both companies multiple times and all they can tell me is what I already know from tracking it myself which is that it’s “on the way”. I haven’t been able to get any other information aside from “its on the way” since April 4th. So now it’s just lost in space, my neice’s Birthday has come and gone, I had to go out and buy other things just to have something to give to her and told her I’ll still give her these things that she wanted when they come but now it’s looking like I’m not even going to be getting them. FedEx’s customer service tells me that I need to call Forever 21 to file a claim.

Forever 21 customer service tells me that I need to call Fed Ex to file a claim. Now I’m just frustrated and want my money back and I’m told that I have to fill out an claim by email, wait 7-10 business days for them to review the claim then they will file a missing package claim, the I’ll have to wait 8-10 business days for FedEx to respond, then I can get a refund if they still haven’t found my package by then. I am just so so so very disappointed.

Too small and not as I accepted . I need a return label.

I received my order two days ago and it was 2 button accent mini dresses. One hot pink and the other mustard. I ordered both in large sizes but the mustard dress was sent to me in medium. I need to exchange that into a large size. The mustard dress tag says L but the dress itself size is medium. Is it possible for you to send a large size to one of your store and I will go out there to make exchange. The nearest forever21 store in my area is the Meadow Mall in Las Vegas NV.

All Canadian Forever21 stores are closing and they stopped accepting their gift cards as purchases payment, what am i supposed to do with the gift card I received as a birthday present?
