My Micro SD card is not working, it is not being detected by my mobile phone. I have tried connecting the memory card to other phone as well as to my PC but it was no use. I just want to get it replaced.

I have bought a 64GB SanDisk Cruzer Blade USB 2.0 Flash Drive on amazon sold by Appario Retail Private Ltd. on october 30,2019. within two months it has not been working properly. it shows only a storage of 64MB and it cannot be formatted. please help me to overcome this.
