I am trying to contact Lenovo custemor support. The number I dialed is 877-453-6686. I dialed option 1 and then option 2, and they have put me in an extremely long hold, and no one is picking up the phone.

A key fell of a N23 that I bought. I sent it to the repair center under warranty in April. 6 weeks later I got it back and then the entire keyboard didn't work. It looked to me like it was improperly installed since there was a bulge in the middle of it. I then sent it back again to be repaired correctly. That was over a month ago, still no word on when it will be shipped back, when I contacted their chat today. Their service promise is that they have 14 day turnaround. I noticed that the reviews for Lenovo Repair Service is a one star. They don't deserve a rating that high. It is AWFUL.

I want to buy a internal keyboard of laptop Lenovo Ideapad U430 Touch, but there i no parts availability.

I've been hold trying to get someone to answer and the chat bot is not working. Believe these are cheaply designed and supported??? Please advise. I was told to call this number for a house call 855-271-3878 and get my laptop fixed when I bought the extended warranty.
