Don't know if this is new policy but there was not even a pen available in the room, much less shampoo.. never stay at 6 again too many others with more amenities for little or same money.

I stayed at the Motel 6 in Prairie Du Chien in October. My biggest complaint was my accessible room wasn't too handicap friendly. I sent a letter to the motel and got a reply about two weeks later from the owner. The owner has offered me a free night's stay. The problem is the bathroom in that room. I am a parapalegic, and need a hand held shower head and a bench or chair to shower. There was one grab bar, but none by the bathtub. Needless to say, without these modifications, I could not take a shower for the two days I stayed there. There were some other issue's, but according to the letter I got from the owner, they have been taken care of.

Motel 6 Conroe Texas 820 interstate 45 S
February 4th 2020

Please do not stay at this motel. Unbelievably filthy, not corporately owned individually owned. My background has been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. Hope my refund is legitimate or I plan to post pictures.

I made a reservation thru orbitz and checked in on 06/08/2020. The carpet in the room was dirty, but what really upset me was when I turned back the covers on the bed there was dried blood on them. I told the girl at the front desk and she came to the room and saw the dried blood, then she said she would change the bed and proceeded to put on clean sheet since they had not been changed after the last occupants. She also said she would notify the manager. I am really disappointed With the manager that he didn’t try to make amends. My husband and I didn’t even stay the whole night as we could not sleep after that. I feel like I was ripped off.

We are currently staying at Motel 6 Coors Road in Albuquerque New Mexico for 10 days as our reservation through another company was supposedly deleted and we were left with nowhere to stay for a large event we were to attend. To say that this property needs to seriously have someone look into it is an understatement. We read the many reviews and were at least somewhat prepared for such poor quality. But seriously, this place needs MAJOR work. I am sleeping on a bed with broken springs.

The sheets were dirty when we arrived and luckily we brought our own to put on the bed. There are 2 of us and we had one bath towel and one hand towel, no washcloth. We had no blanket for the bed. We scrubbed the floors and counters ourselves and had to change the FILTHY water four times! There is no smoke alarm on the wall as it has been ripped off the wall and is nowhere to be found. The lock on the door will not lock unless we slam the door extremely hard and the security lock is ready to fall off the door frame as it has been broken and torn away from the frame. The smoke alarm itself is a serious safety hazard. The people working here, the very few we have seen, have been very friendly and helpful but they have NOTHING to work with.

I cannot believe we are staying here and I am certain if it were not for this big event and there were some other place anywhere close to our price range, we would not be here. You people seriously need to inspect this property! I can't believe a business would allow this to make your reputation in the industry.

I frequent the motel 6 east in Palm Springs. I start work at 7:30am everyday don’t get back to the room until 7:30 in the evening. Made a reservation went to check in and they told me I was on the dnr list. they could not rent to me for 2 years due to having too many guest it was myself and my wife and she was on the registry. We had no one in are room but the two of us. I don’t live in Palm Springs I don’t know anyone. I come out here work sleep and work. so for them to tell me this made me extremely upset. I asked them to review cameras they refused just said we have the right to refuse service to anyone. there rooms were not all that clean and up to par. then the day I was checking in they had a parking lot full of police.
