How do i activate Bluelinks in UAE?

i have a 2015 sonata limited with 75000 mi. it recently had a piece of paint fall off on front right side of hood. 1"wide 2"long. no accidents or impacts. paint just fell off.

Now they say I can hook up and start my car by my phone. I'm paying for a car I'm not paying for the help to do this?

My first time contacting this company customer service department for help. I called the # on my statement. My 1st call to the # mentioned above recording prompted me to select a specific number if I was over 50 years old. I hung up and immediately dialed the same number again. Second call recording did not ask my age. A CSR started assisting me answering my questions about payment options then I assumed I asked too many question because the CSR started speaking in a language I didn't understand then started laughing at me, spoke again in a language I didn't understand and laugh again. I hung up. I am truly appalled at the way I was treated. I will never purchase another Hyundai.
