On May 29th I stayed at Statesville Va under Kenneth Richardson name. I left a jacket and pj’s there. I called 2 days later after finding I did not have them, the girl at the desk said she would mail them to me, which I have not received. I have called again June 6th and June 7th for manager to call me he has not called me back. I left personal message on his phone to call me and still no call. I just want my jacket and pj’s sent back to me. I called desk yesterday 2 times no one answered the phone.

I stayed at your property at 20080 Brewers Neck Blvd. Carrolton, Virginia 23314. I paid cash for the stay and was required to leave a $100.00 Deposit.. That was fine, business. However when I tried to checkout at 5am 11 Sept 2022 and retrieve my deposit, the clerk was no where to be found. I called the number on the window, nothing. I knocked on the window, nothing. I knocked on the exterior door to the office, nothing. After 15 min I had to get to my next appointment so I left with my $100.00 deposit on the other side of the glass. This is unacceptable. Your hotel has my deposit money. I want it back. I am giving you this opportunity to rectify this before I seek legal council.
