I have reservation at the Wingate in Lancaster Pennsylvania, can you please send me my confirmation to my phone. I have two rooms with the with two queen double beds. I told of two in each room they had it down for 8 in each room which they had it wrong it's two in each room. can you please send me the confirmation to my phone and I have tried to call the hotel directly and that is the wrong number. I was charged for a room at the Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon May 24 2019 after I canceled in the allotted free cancellation period I was charged 190.00 dollars. I made several attempts to contact Booking.com customer service but only received a robotic voice service.

I did not stay at La Maison hotel because when I arrived the hotel was full and they said there is a miss understood between booking and them . Please I need my money back. They leave me on the yard about 2 hours waiting and they tell me they are sorry I cannot stay the hotel is full it was a bad moment for me I slept at friend house. I will never go there again. Please and please I need my money back.

This is the dumbest company I have ever dealt with. I reserved a room paid for the room online got to town got dropped off and had to stay outside in the cold all night long. These people didnt collect for the deposit and the card was paid by my husband out of town and so the hotel had me cancel the booking which takes 7-10 days to get back four times which is 200 on hold and at the end of all that I ended up with no room and the cab nwver showed so I was outside in the cold. I really dont appreciate that and will necer use booking.com again.

Hi, I was wondering if someone can help. I just received an email about getting a refund back on my credit card. However the card that I booked it under got stolen and I activated today. I received the new one today in the mail. A new BMO credit. Can I get in back on the new one

Why not? if I can't go to enjoy my reservation because of the covid 19 because they won't let me go and that's why you have to give me back my money that I paid. I don't think that's right for you not to return it because it's not me that I want to cancel they won't let me go because of the corona virus. how are we going to solve this? The hotel say dont give my money back.

I booked on this site like normal, selected a room that had the option to pay later and free cancellation. Well a few days later they took the money out of my bank account even though it isnt until October. After no response for several days, I canceled and have been waiting at least a week with no refund. The hotel also doesnt have any record of the reservation.

I booked a couple of nights through booking.com and i had to postpone the trip and I was told the room was refundable and when I went to use them again I was told I was 'no show' and lost my money. And you can't get a hold of anyone either.

I made a reservation at a Hotel with multiple locations nationally. I verified my info before reserving and got a confirmation letter for same Hotel but a location in Virginia. Mind you I am in Las Vegas. Within minutes I cancelled. With hotel and notified Booking.com. first I was told to take it up with the hotel fire canceled with the hotel and they said it would be fine that I should receive my money back that they had not received any money from booking so I need to contact them then they said that I had non cancel non change reservation I told them that would have been fine if they would have confirmed the room that I actually reserved and not one in a state. Across the United States and they keep sending me the same thing over and over again even though it was their computer glitch their mistake and their problem they're just trying to steal my money and feels like I got scammed from the beginning.

On top of the deceptive and fraudulent activity the customer service couldn't be more of a joke.

I was charged $, I was also charged 135.00 for reservations. I never made in April 19, 2021 they do this with no way to get in touch with them!! Well i am I'm calling attorney about this and a hotel that respect.

How the f**k booking.com operates globally without a goddamn direct support line for customer service? You can't find the goddamn phone number on the website. I mean seriously, it's like a needle in a haystack that you have to find the customer support phone line by searching on yahoo or google. Whoever is in charge of this operation should be fired. It's retarded how the process works. You call the service line and it asks for a fuckin' confirmation number. there's no option to book on the phone. The website need some serious updates.

On July 9th at approximately 2:30-3:00pm EST my car went into "limp mode" and I was forced to pull off the highway to a safe location in Augusta ME. I called AAA and we began looking for a shop to look at the car. Due to the labor shortage all of the mechanics in the area were booked out over 2 weeks for repairs. I was forced to bring the car to a shop that allowed me to leave it with them until someone could look at in on Monday or Tuesday (the 12th or 13th).

I had no transportation, and still had to drive in order to get to my vacation destination so I tried to find a rental car as I had no other alternative, I was STRANDED IN ME. I finally located a car to rent but I had to get to Bangor ME airport to pick it up. I hired a taxi who drove me there; at a cost of 239.00. I rented the car around 6 that evening and drove 3 hours to Machias ME. I called AAA on Saturday and they towed it to Darling Hyundai in Augusta ME. On Tuesday, Darling called and told me the engine needed to be replaced. The car is 2015 Hyundai Sonata with 86-87K on it.

My out of pocket cost for the rental was 784.00 and the taxi was 239.00. I was told that I WILL NOT be reimbursed by Hyundai for any more that 449.00. WHY??? Your engine failure left me stranded 6 hours from home in CT and NOW your multi million dollar company cannot pay me back for a car that I had to rent???

I want to hear more from Hyundai company as to why you cannot do what is right and fair!!! This entire issue would not have occurred if it wasn't for the faulty engine. I am entering a complaint with the BBB today as well. I hope you will do what's right and fair; but if you cannot, then I have no choice. I will never trust Hyundai again.
