After I cancelled the shipment, Western Union has not refunded my money. They asked me to write a letter telling them the reason of the cancellation which I did. I have a copy of the letter but it has not help. After 58 days I still have not been able to recover my money. What is it going to take for me to get my money back? Western Union is the worst company to send money to your love one. It does not resolve your problem easy it gives you a lot of grieve.

Could you kindly clarify me with the below:

• The procedure if someone send money via Wester Union from Zambia to the ministry in SA.
• What notification do you use, sms or email (to the person receiving the money).
• What is required from the ministry to collect the money.
• If the money doesn’t get collected by the ministry , what will happen to the money.

Hello I have been sending money to my husband Moro Osman Ayariga for over a year now. I call him Ossie.

Anyway. All of a sudden recently I have been told I cant send him money through Western Union. I called Western Union with a code from the WU store.I was told there was a problem with where I was sending it.They think im being scammed.Im not sending to a scammer.My husband had to return to native country Kaosa Ghana.Because he had to take care of his ailing parents.I remained here in the US with our family here.The money I send is for phone minutes so we can talk and for food .I need to be unblocked so I can send money to him.What do I have to do ?Yes im a white woman married to a black man from Ghauna, Please I need to et money to him soon. I am running out of time with him for his phone.

Trying to transfer $ to my son,which I have done before and for some reason it is on hold. I cannot talk to a representative because my husband did it this time. Why are you holding our money intended for our son. Also,why cannot I talk to your representatives about the money. I have the information. My son needs it for rent.

Purchased 2 $500 money orders which the Wilmington police were able to recover the serial numbers via my receipt and video surveillance from the Food Lion on Governor Printz Boulevard in Wilmington, Delaware. I have been trying to take care of this for over 2 days with no success from your Customer Service Representatives on any of the phone numbers I have contacted. I've also did my best to take care of this online. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any links to address this very timely situation. I can be contacted on (302) 669-1360. And, if they have been cashed I have already contacted the police to make a police report and will need your assistance with the information on who cashed them. Thank you for your assistance!
