I placed an order with Direct Appliance Modesto, CA on March 6th (Order 352019). Every 3 weeks i am told it isn't on the truck and may be on their next truck. I am really not sure why I can not be told the exact date I will be getting my oven. Just keep being told it may or may not be there. They tell me they see some coming into the distributor center but can't tell if they are mine or not. I have been without and oven for almost 3 months now... Wasn't able to cook for Easter or Mother's day. I have a family that I would like to cook meals for. As a large company I am really unhappy the way this works and when you pay $1000 for something, think you could get timing on delivery. The service man never showed from the day i bought my whirlpool refrigerator from lowes in saugus November 2018. I have been waiting for a repair service finally get a date and he never showed. I have always bought whirlpool products but this is the final straw, i will never buy whirlpool again.
