As an elderly adult shopping during senior hours during the pandemic, I was upset this morning to see 2 guys stocking shelves without any masks on and another with his mask only covering his mouth. I ended up spending wasted time in the store as I had to keep coming back to these aisles to see if they had left yet so that I could get the items I wanted. Do you not care about your senior citizens? We've been going to this Stop & Shop since it opened. If this continues, we'll frequent the family owned supermarket even if we have to pay more.

I was DISCONNECTED after being told I was next. My question was: my email address was not accepted (same address for over 20 yrs) and therefore I could not get the coupons to be put directly onto my card.

I usually use self check to expedite my payment, but today decided to use a staffed check out line as the Stoneham, Ma. store was very quiet. When I placed my card in the machine and went to process the payment I was appalled at how filthy the machine was. It was covered with dirt and something sticky and I can't imagine the last time it was cleaned. I will not be using this store again. With cleanliness and disinfecting being a priority this store falls far behind on the issue. Thanks for listening.
