I'm in the overseas area trying to locate a bed, I'm have difficulties; I tried ordering online, I tried the kisko at the store, the store tried to locate a bed in the area with negative results. This is substandard performance, Do the catalog department know which store (South Korea) stock twin beds for adults?
The store Mr. Su-Tong, HoSu @aafes.com emailed me a picture of a kid bed; this unacceptable.
Access issues
I am seeking direction for assistance with an AAFEES account that I am no longer able to access. I am an American contractor working in support of the U.S.Army in OCONUS operations. I have had an account with AAFEES EXCHANGE since 2009 or 2010 when I was first in Afghanistan. I have not ever had an issue accessing the exchange online until recently. I am currently in Garoua, Cameroon, as it is a contingency base our LOA and CAC Cards expire every 6 months and we have to renew our CAC Cards on our next available R&R. This site will not let me attach a copy of my current LOA and CAC Card. If a copy of my LOA and CAC Card are required, Please send me an email address that I can submit them to.
Any direction or help that you can give would be greatly appreciated.
