They took over 2 months, then made me reapply because they were so slow.

I have applied for a card and have credit since March 2019. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A VALID CARD FOR DONALD OR LORI GRIFFIN. It's amazing that every month I receive a bill to the correct address and cannot receive a card to the same address 4645 Hwy NN Slinger WI 53086. I had one card that was sent Fed Ex and forwarded to me and the address your company put on that was 4645 Hwy E #NN Slinger WI 53086. Of course it was invalid because by the time I finally received the card about 2 weeks they had sent out a new card already. I know it wasn't suppose to be forwarded because your representative told me and they have tried it again even talking to them and a Fed Ex representative. I have tried many things your representatives say, they are unable to track returned letters or Fed Ex packages to see the address on them. I know I can shop with my social security number but Lori can't and I don't want to always go with her shopping. Besides the fact its been over a year! Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the definition of insanity.

To whom this may concern. I recently visited your store in Reynoldsburg, Ohio E. Broad St. location. Now with the pandemic I respect your company asking everyone to wear a mask....but as I entered your store there is no one sanitizing the shopping carts....not even a spray bottle where I could spray the cart myself. Now please tell me is this getting rid of germs. If we are to practice the health advisory concerning this pandemic, lets go all the way. Thank you for your prompt attention regarding the shopping carts not being wipe down. Have a great day!

I went to your location on Alpine Ave. Grand Rapids, Mi. 09/01/20. Purpose was to purchase all new interior doors for my home (approx. $2500), a new toilet, ($300), and other miscellaneous items. While I was starting to put the toilet on a cart, a young gentleman informed me that I was not allowed in your store due to the fact that I was NOT wearing a mask. I informed him that due to personal health issues, that I was not, nor was I going to wear a mask. He then told me under no circumstances' I was allowed in Menards. At that time I informed him that he was in violation of the ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act), which being Federal law supersedes his statement. I then went and spoke to a store manager. After repeating to him regarding Menards violation of a Federal law, he simply dismissed it stating it was store policy and the ADA had no authority. If the ADA , or any other federal mandates, laws, have no authority, than Menards is allowed to discriminate as they wish. I have purchased many items from Menards recently as I am remodeling my home. Do you think I would like to continue ? Would you?
