Bathroom floor had nail polish spilled on it that wasn't removed and a half empty shampoo bottle on the tub/shower soap dish. Additionally, one chair at the table had apparently been cleaned and the seat was damp. If these obvious problems were not corrected, it causes concerns as to the sanitization advertised to control Covid 19. I have stayed with your chain several times and been happy with the accommodations, but one more experience like this will be my last stay. My member # GXU6603. The hotel was empty.

Confirmation #62108814 Cancel #937891186 The confirmation states that it could be canceled by August 22 4:00 Hotel Time. It was canceled on August 20 or 21; your company is slow to verify any cancellations. The $80 charge was put on my card on August 3, a long time before the scheduled stay on August 22-23. Other hotel chains do not put the charge on 19 days BEFORE the stay. I am unable to reach your "customer service", having spent more than an hour waiting for a response from the company. It is unlikely that we will stay with Choice again. #SLM1325.

I been at this hotel before where I had experienced a bad service and i left a bad taste in someone mouth for leaving a bad review I was called a faggot. The manager and I came to a understanding where he gave me 2 stays at this hotel for leaving a bad review. Moving forward I decided to book again at this hotel for which I was interrogated for leaving a bad review previously. I was appalled at the way this individual for making me wait and than telling me he does not want me at the hotel. He proceeded to call me a Faggot and wish I was dead. I was mortified at such behavior.

However, I an openly gay male but to use such defamation language you may as well called me a nigger. After such time he decided to give me a key which I only stayed a few hours and before entering and exiting the room I made a video so that I won't be retaliated on. I called the hotel Manager the next day and his name is Howard and reported the incident but he seemed to had brushed it off. I am a Nurse Practitioner and I made sure that all my gay friends who works at Mercy and Baystate Hospital never stays there again.

Howard the Manager gave me Corporate number but to no avail. I am emailing you this since I am HIGHLY upset over the Great Customer Services they have at this hotel The Comfort Inn and Suites over at West Springfield. I will continue on and Rally at this hotel until I get the proper apology from this individual they have working there. Incident took place on September 12, 2020 afternoon hours.

I am at the clarion inn Pensacola fl. this hotel is very nasty the bathroom toilet set is missing the floors are very nasty have things on it, the mirror look like a child hands all on it. the lamp by the bed have blood marks on the lamp, the sheets have stuff and what ever else on it. they didn’t have no trash can in the room, the phone don’t work they don’t even have no smoke detector in the all kind of wires are hanging out. I wouldn’t let my dog stay there.

On March 13,I called comfort Inn in Santa Rosa NM directly because I wanted to ask if the pool was open by may 29th as that was our check in day. The person told me yes, and so I made a reservation for may 29, 2021. I was given a confirmation number of 744176649 and a price of 108.30 plus tax. I arrived on may 29th and the lady at the desk said “no you don’t have a reservation “. I spelled my name for her and she just looked at me and said” I don’t have a reservation for you”. I said I have confirmation number. I read off confirmation number to her and she never entered any numbers in the computer. She then said “ your reservation was for March 13 and you have already been charged”. I said ,no I made reservation for may 29. I asked to speak to manager. She said “I am the manager “. I said so I will be charged again,and she said yes. I said you need to do something to make this right,and she said “no I don’t “.
I have used choice hotels for years and have never been treated this way. I will no longer use choice hotels.

I checked into this establishment econo lodge in June 21, 2021 at approximately 235 with a really pleasant young lady frobin. I had 3 rooms altogether. Called the front desk to ask about the check out time we were told our check out time was Tuesday at 11am. So we weren’t rushing however we were leaving Monday anyway just wanted some place to lay our heads so we could be on our way back to New York. The guy they had at check out was so rude and nasty to my family and myself. He really needs classes on how to talk to people. Besides all of that they could freshen up the rooms a little better it smelled just like a cat was in room 122 with us. Not to mention room 232 the tub was not properly sanitized and filthy. The only room I can say was ok was room 234.

On June 19 I rented a room with a Quality in Inn in Mendota Illinois. I was given a room number 101 which I later found out that a barking dog in the room next-door and my room smelled as if an animal had previously occupied in my room. Had I been given a choice we have not not have chosen a floor with dog were permitted to stay. It was also disappointing for hot breakfast and coffee was not included but later found out that neither were available although it was advertise hot breakfast included. Please forward this to the complaint department for reasonable compensation.

On August 1, we checked into the Comfort Inn in Wildwood Fl. We wore our masks indoors as the level of covid infection was at record highs in Florida. The clerk on the desk that afternoon told me that I didn't need a mask because it was an "imaginary disease". I was horrified as covid has taken the life of a cousin and I have friends who have been dealing with Long Covid for months and may never be healthy again. I have an autoimmune disease and protect myself with a mask. This incident terrorized me for the whole week that we were in the hotel. If he was so ignorant that he advised customers to ignore safety procedures, what other dangerous things had he done or promoted. I never got his name as I was afraid to get near him. It was bad enough to be reminded of a trauma without being told that I imagined it all. His behavior was unacceptable. I spent 2 days on and off trying to get through on the phone and when I finally did talk to someone named Ray I was cut off. He at least was polite. However, the man on the desk should not be in the position to greet customers if he is so disrespectful. this was my first time at a Comfort Inn and it will certainly be the last.

I stayed at Quality Inn in Danville Pa. on 9/5/2021 i paid 144.95 for that night then on 9/6 2021 they charged me 150.00 for no reason i ck out in plenty of time i,ve called them about 8 times trying to get a refund i was referred to a number which i called about 6 times i never get a answer i,v left a message each time i never got a call back i,ve had to put in a dispute on the charge this matter should have been resolved right away. i am not happy.
