My 12 year old son received this message: Access to PlayStation Network by this account has been banned due to violations of the PlayStation Network Terms of Service and User Agreement. We don't have any idea why. He certainly didn't do anything wrong or inappropriate. We have paid for 3 months of PlayStation plus and he has been locked out now for 4 days. I pre order the last of us part 2 a couple of months ago in the playstation 4 store because i do want this game, but sony issued automatically refund because of the game got delayed cause of the corona virus, Sony announced a new release date for it a couple of days ago, the problem is i never ever received my refund back from sony like i was suppose to from them, i did not know what to do, i tried to look up information on the internet and youtube but did not find much help, i went to the playstation 4 store to look at the last of us part 2, i thought if i went to pre order again that my old pre order would automatically return to me but i was wrong, i accident pre order the last of us part 2 again, i did not mean to, sony owes me money back, i am sorry i don't mean to be rude, but i pre order the last of us part 2 twice because of this, now i need help to refund my back from just pre ordering the last of us part 2 today on Wednesday april 29th. 2020, help me please Sony ok thank you.

I am trying to get a refund for ps subscriptions. The PS4 is broken at the moment and nothing is open to fix it and I can not get a hold of anyone to talk to. Please cancel and refund all subscriptions fees. This is a very frustrating experience trying to talk to someone.

I got charged 500$ from my 5 yrs old account. Had my bank reversal but playstation denied now i paid 500 and my account is banned!! very angry. unban or give me my money back!!! cant get a hold of playstation due to covid19.

PSN support is notoriously garbage. Worst support ever. Phone support is closed, online live chat doesn't work, when I finally get through they immediately closed out the chat and it wouldn't let me back in. 0/10 should get new customer service.

Bought an online game that I was not able to access. Tried to get assistance from Playstation but chat not working and phone message states customer support not available. So I wanted a refund which I got from Paypal who also couldn't get in contact with Sony.

Received my refund and my Playsation account was immediately suspended. Now cannot access any games and customer support is nonexistent. Very frustrating!!!
