Money was taken out of banking account to buy parts for a Poulan chainsaw back in June of 2020. The date to arrive at my home address was June 30th, 2020. I'm still waiting for those parts. My bank statement had this phone number 07936 800-366-7278. I google this number and it came up as fraud number. Just wondering if anyone else got the same number on their bank statement?

I just called that number today. It is the number to the sears parts and replacement. But the customer service is so unbelievably poor!!! You call and call and wait on hold for hours!!!! And it's funny, strange how they can't tell you anything about your account, while It shold be right in front of their face. Seems to me, that this entire home warranty services/parts is a fraudulent operation, meanwhile, they continue to auto-draft the monthly fee from my 88 y/o father's bank account. FRAUDULENT!!!

I waited on hold for a few minutes and was connected to a female representative who didn't seem to know anything at all about the water filter, my long-standing quarterly order, my billing or much of anything. Pleasant but not helpful. She put me on hold for 12 minutes and then told me that I had been overcharged and that the difference would be credited back to my account. I thanked her and cancelled my long-standing filter order. I can get them for just about half that price at Amazon.com so they will now get my filter order.

My washer was scheduled to be delivered last Friday. I got a confirmation email but the delivery never arrived. I've been trying for 3 hours to get someone who can tell me when my washer will be delivered. One CSR said the replacement was ready but couldn't tell me a delivery date. On the website under job status it says they're waiting for a part to repair the old one. I've talked to several CSRs and everyone transfers me to someone else. Why can't anyone answer this simple question? This is the worst company I've ever dealt with.
