I called about the England's stove works 60,000 BTU 1800 sq. ft. wood stove item no. 4236998. The person I talked with said it is not 1800 sq. ft. but 1500 sq.ft why does the shopping cart say 1800 sq ft.

hello, I am writing from Fitchburg Ma. I was at the rockys ace wanted to buy a 900.00 dollar webber grill, once they rang it up I asked when would it be delivered. They said they would not deliver it. I said that is what it says on the grill. well we will not deliver it. I asked if they would take some money off so I could rent a truck. they said no. I have been a long time customer of ACE. I guess I should just go to home depot or lowes.

I have received not one but four separate e-mails with a subject line including Ace Hardware, customer and confirmation. I have never ordered anything online from Ace and can only assume these are phishing e-mails since I have no intention of opening the link.

Perhaps you will want to investigate.

I paid for a Blackstone 36 inch griddle on May 24th 2020. It has been on back order and I still do not have it or been informed on when it may arrive. It was purchased at the Miller's Ace Hardware in Stephens City, Va. 22655. I have been patiently waiting and would like to know when it will be available. Thank you

I went to Ace Hardware in Ormond Beach, Florida to buy a few things one of which was Flex Paste made by Flex Seal. I had received a flyer that showed it and other items made by Flex Seal were on sale for $9.99. An Ace associate asked me if I needed help and I asked him where the Flex Paste was. He said that they didn't have it and suggested I use the Flex Seal paint. I told him that wouldn't work and he asked me what I was trying to fix. I told him and once again he suggested the paint. I told him that even though I'm not an engineer I know what I'm doing and what product I need. He said they didn't get it in. I then stated that if you're going to have something on sale that you should have plenty in stock or it's like false advertising.

He then got very defensive saying it wasn't Ace's fault and that Flex Seal had made the ad and I should be complaining to Flex Seal. I then told him that he sounded like this guy we have leading our country. Then he got mad and told me how great our president is and what he has done for this country. Then another Ace associate came up and told me to leave, that I was disturbing the customers. Now that made me mad because I've spent a thousand or more dollars in that store. I asked for the manager but I guess he wasn't in the store. I stood there for a while talking to another customer and finally left. Now that will be my last visit to an Ace store. There's always Home Depot, Lowes, and TCS.
