Poor customer service
I have been calling customer service waiting on hold for over and hour for the past 2 days.My card is being charge for items that I never receive...I still cant get in contact with BB and Beyond customer service and the charge is on my account...worst service ever.
Damaged item in shipping
Order BBB7080990552 was received yesterday (5/14/2020 at my home in a box. It contained 4 four mugs, Two with an A and two with a B. One of the mugs was broken. It was this item: 65730843 UPC: 657284983583 Item Description: Formations Mono A Mug.
What do you recommend I do? I still have the mug (broken) in the wrapping.

Status on my refund on my return
My return was received on 5/12/10, order#BBB3625103287 in the amount of $47.98. I have tried calling customer service, however there is no prompt for checking status on returns. Please advise the status of my refund. If you are not the right person please direct me to the correct email address to resolve this issue.

Magic glass and shower
I received my order the magic glass and shower was open and leaked all over the box. I have been calling for a week and went on chat several times and nothing has been resolved. I either want credit or send me a new bottle. I shop here several times a month and I am very displeased with the response.
Product Garement Rack- missing part
We ordered a Extending adjustable Garment Rack Item #12400. We have it assembled but it is missing parts. They are the extending rods on top of rack. Part C 1 the cap and Part C 2 the extension piece. There are to be two of each one for each side of rack. The email address for manufacture is not available . Can you get the part for us? Here is a photo of item the part missing is the extension rod items on top.

Worst customer service ever!
I recently purchased a bed for my granddaughter, it came with no directions, missing the attachment for the headboard to the frame. My granddaughter called and two weeks later not one response. I then called and explained this to your customer service rep.( this is all documented in your records) and was told they would sent me a new bed because of all the issues and missing parts along with a new order #40008966608 and was told to dispose of the old one.. IN WHICH I DID ! ABOUT A WEEK LATER TWO PIECES OF WOOD CAME IN THE MAIL WITH NOTHING ELSE... I called customer service again and was told that the order was cancelled because they were out of it. I was never notified not to mention I gave the bed away as it was no use to me with missing parts and did just as YOUR REP. TOLD ME. I was very unhappy to say the least when I asked for my money to be returned by credit and was told I had to send the old one back!! I asked for a supervisor and was so ever rudely put on hold for 15 minutes and told one was not available . I have never in my life been though such BS … this is the worst customer service in all aspects. I ask what kind of a company are you to do this... your products are faulty..your products come with missing parts.... u say one thing and do another and then I have no item or ordered item, you then refuse me a refund...and can't get a person to handle your mistake without some excuse.. I guess your company leaves me with no choice but to voice my experience on social media. And I will probably take this one step further also to the CEO/CFO whoever is in the highest position to let them know of this unbelievable experience with your company.
Linen spray
I have been shopping at BB&B for several years...in Riverdale, UT
I have frequently purchased Lavender Linen Spray. The bar code is 722030 76040. It was manufactured by
CST. Lovely.
The last time I purchased a linen spray, it was different. Bar code 24598 04290. It is manufactured by a chemical company, Theochem Laboratories. It is terrible. Nasty. Plus, any product that has an emergency repsonse phone number on the bottle, is, to put it mildly, quite scary.
I have no clue as to why you changed vendors...but you blew it. My guess is $$$. Cheaper is not always better.
Poor customer service
Trying to place an order online, said to enter CVV number,couldn’t. Called..said it would return call within 30 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later I called again. Said it would be a 4 minute wait..after 19 minutes I disconnected. Guess BB& B doesn’t need any customers?
Alive Women's 50+ Vitamins
Why doesn't B,B & Beyond carry Alive Women's 50 Gummies Vitamins? You carry Alive Regular Women's Gummies. A salesgirl tried to order the 50+ for me and Gummies didn't come up.
