My pillow flattens out in center and dose not support my neck giving me a pinched nerve. I have washed the pillow and dose not seem to solve the problem. I received the pillow for Christmas therefore I do not have a receipt or a code to submit. Customer support said that they would would send me a firm pillow for no additional charge.

I have been sleeping on my pillow since 2017. My back and neck started hurting every morning when I first woke up. I thought we needed a new mattress but I decided to change to a different pillow. I am not using my pillow and I now wake up feeling pain free. I believe it was “my pillow” that was causing my aches and pain. This pillow is not as good as the commercials make you believe. It’s a piece of crap.

I put these sheets on my bed & I checked the labels because they were never what was advertised,never felt like or looked like any other sheets,wrinkled more then regular sheets,so I checked the labels & it said GIZA, then on 8/30/2019 I ordered an other set,was for Christmas,but I put them on in December & they are quite different!!

THEY ARE GREAT! order 979862510 twin xl lake blue they feel,& look great. SO is their something wrong with the 1st set? they just are not what I wanted period.

I ordered 2 sets of sheets, one came in the right color (Burgandy ) Giza-qtb-96x108x-c the other was ordered as (Dark grey) Giza-qdg-96x-108x-c-confirmed on all order documents. Order# 201661101. Unfortunately, i did not get the dark grey but instead the ivory.

I have called the support number. waited more than an hour. left my number 5 times. no one calls back. I need to exchange the topper for an twin extra long. college beds are longer. How do i get a response? this is crazy.

I waited two weeks and did not receive my order. I called in and my order was sent out on my sheets. I have waited another two weeks and still have not received my mattress topper. If not corrected soon I will be wanting my money back in full for the mattress topper. I will not be ordering from you again because of your customer service.

I recently contacted you about sending my mattress topper back and you emailed me and said to donate it. We live 80 miles from a big town and due to covid we do not go to town very often. I have a neighbor that has a bad back so I donated it to them. I hope that is ok. I told them how much we liked your pillows and your sheets so hopefully they will order some. Please let me know if that was ok. Thank you

I went to your site and ordered what I thought was the Mattress Topper. I ordered two. They came today and no free pillows so I called customer service and was told that I ordered the mattress PADS. Not what I wanted. I already put one of them on my bed. Your site is extremely confusing and after reading your reviews, I am not at all impressed with your service. Now I am told I have to send them back, pay a difference of about $288 and they will send the mattress toppers. I am a senior and this is extremely upsetting to me, I have to box up the mattress pads, drag them to the post office and send them back. Horrible experience. Will or can your company make this right?
