Do not want to subscribe to AVG Secure VPN
Have been trying to contact AVG for the last 2 days, phoned at 1-844-234-6038 and 1-844-259-8811 but was told to go to AVG.com. Went but no success. I DO NOT WANT TO SUBSCRIBE TO AVG SECURE VPN. Had it to try it till 4/12/2020 but got an e-mail to say they would charge my credit card on 4/5/2020 for $79.... E-mail back to tell them to not charge my credit card. Answer was they would not do so, did I want it? ticket # 10431529. This has been the worst company to deal with so rate is 0.
Fraud on my Amazon account
Hi, On April 29, 2020 I purchased and installed AVG Ultimate for $79.99 and installed it on my Windows 7 Computer. The order number is 1001353027120. On May 20, 2020 I received an email from Amazon.com that says:
"We believe that an unauthorized party may have accessed your account. To protect your information, we have":
-- Disabled the password to your account.
-- Reversed any modifications made by this party.
-- Canceled any pending orders. You can ignore any confirmation emails that you received for these orders.
-- If appropriate, refunded purchases to your payment instrument. However, we recommend you to review all recent activity on your payment methods and report any unauthorized charges to your financial institution.
-- Restored any gift card balance that may have been used. It may take 2 to 3 days for the gift card balance to be available in your account.
--Disabled the Two step verification in your account if active, please reset on Amazon and enable if appropriate.
Apparently, some individual accessed my Amazon account's personal information and purchased seven (7) Gift Cards using one of my Credit Cards. I immediately notified Amazon and my Bank that even though I have AVG Ultimate, someone hacked my computer. How could that happen? I purchased AVG Ultimate thinking that a problem like this could not happen. Please reply to me at tconlon.avc@gmail.com. My phone number is (631)235-6889.
Subscription not cancelled as requested
I have been trying for the past month to make contact with AVG about a subscription, which I had asked to be cancelled. On my account page I have a message; "Because you have unsubscribed, this subscription will not be renewed." Yet now my wife and I have just received activation codes for the subscription, which was renewed automatically. Can you please explain how this happened. I do not want any form of relationship with AVG as you hasve become a curse to me. We do not use your anti virus programs and want all ties and accounts with AVG terminated. I have tried writing to the company but have failed every time to make contact. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.
Cancelation from taking out of bank account
I received a payment from my account for 75.70. I do not have avg on my computer, therefore I do not have a password to verify my cancellation. please let me know how I can get this settled.
Taking money from my account without authorization from me
Two amounts was deducted from my credit card on 14 June 2020 The first amount was R329.00 and the second on the same date was R329.00. I want this money refunded immediately as I did not authorise and payment. I will also report this immediately to the fraud department of my Credit card at Standard Bank.

Taking money from my bank account
Taking money from my bank account when i do not use AVG. Put it back into my account ASAP.
