Pillow after pillow after pillow! My husband could not find one that helped him. He could not sleep. Then, with the special price, i could finally afford to purchase a my pillow for my husband. He loves it and he can finally sleep! After all these years!

I would like to return two sets of sheets. I need RMA #
I am getting very frustrated with this company!!!! All I want is a RMA # so I can return two sets of sheets. I ordered King size flannel sheets and discovered the fitted sheet that was in the package was a Queen size so I can't use it. I want to return that set. The other is the Giza sheets. I didn't like them and I didn't think they were worth the money I paid which was over $100.00. I want to return them too. I can't seem to talk to a human!!!!! I called customer service only to be told to leave a message and they would get back to me at their convenience. I got on: orders @mypillow.com. and found a place where there were supposedly people you could have online chats with that could help me with my problem. I told them what I needed and they sent me to a site where you had to pay them $1.00 to get an answer which they charged your credit card probably every month until you cancel it.
All I need is a RMA number, I'm not giving them my credit card number so I called the sales number thinking I can speak to a human. I finally did get a human but he told me he was in sales and couldn't help me, would I like to speak to a supervisor. I said yes, thinking I'm finally going to get my RMA number. Well, think again!!!! I was sent to a recording saying to leave my name and number and they will get back to me at their convenience!!!! People!!!! I just need a RMA number!!!

It fell apart in the washer!!
I bought 4 My Pillows back in 2014. I do have the receipt. I was going to wash the pillow in the washing machine as directed and imagine my surprise when the washing machine was unbalanced and I opened it up to find one of the pillows completely fell apart. It left one heck of a mess in the washing machine and after spending waaaaay too much cleaning the machine, I left it run one cycle with just water. I still dealt with little pieces on another load of clothes. Not to mention that the other pillow didn't spin out and maybe will be dry by 2024. Do I receive a replacement? My husband has a sweaty head, he will never see another My Pillow as I don't ever want to repeat that moment again!!
