I recently ordered a loveseat and sofa online. Ryder trucking delivered my furniture wrapped in plastic. they dropped it and left. I unwrapped it and noticed a hole in the front of loveseat. I called the 866-244-5687 number for 3 days with each day being on the next available rep for about an hour. When they finally picked up they transferred me to another dept saying it needs to be handled there. Again waiting another almost hour so chose opt 1 to leave a message. No one ever got back to me. I finally went to the store where the manager said I could exchange it with the floor model but have to bring the damaged loveseat to the store. That was a nightmare trying to find someone with a truck then picking up the furniture myself with my friend to get it to the store. I'm a 61 year old woman so it was a challenge.
This whole experience has been a nightmare. Brand new furniture delivered damaged underneath the plastic wrap is unacceptable. Plus having no-one come to pick up the damaged piece and bringing me a new one. I will never buy furniture from bigs lots again and will tell everyone I know not to either.
