On March 31 of 2020 we purchased 2 Barrington Wicker tables. They came in the wrong color. Our store in Wilmington nc is closed. Impossible to get thru on the phone.

When the tables were sent there was no invoice in the box. No receipt at all. Can you please contact me so we can return these tables. We put the tables on visa and were charged$43.73

My husband ordered a 2-4 cup Farberware Coffee Pot. He told me about and I asked him if he applied the 20% coupon. He told me he attempted to rescind the order however, was told he only had a 30 minute grace period to do so which I find absolutely absurd. I would like the company to apply the 20% coupon. How can I go about do that. That's no very good customer service as I can't actually go to the store and purchase it myself which is what I would have done if not for the pandemic and I'm not paying $1 for alive chat which is nonsense also.

Need authorization to return shower curtain. No help from Customer service.

Ordered 2 sets of drapes and 2 tablecloths. Drappes came fine but tablecloths where 100% wrong got drapes instead. Talked to customer service (michelle T. said send them back i asked about my tablecloths she say have to contact the company they came from. Well at this time i have not heard a thing back and not about to stay on the phone for over an hour to just get cut off then on the compute for another 90minutes to be helped. I know these are trying times but my complaint should not be on the back burner. First time i have bought from them and will be my last time.

We are being made fools out of here it is: Whats going on with you folks. to take someones money and not deliver what was ordered is fraud. I tried your phone line but you have conveniently put in a text that states hold time is more than hour. If that is true it means you are messing up at an exorbitant rate. WE WANT THE DISH WE PAID FOR. YOUR CONFIRMATION STATES TWO DISHES WOULD BE SHIPPED DELIVERY ORDER BBR4000891044 WHY DID YOU ONLY SEND ONE????? YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ASKED FOR HELP AT YOUR STORE AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ANY THEY SAY WE HAVE TO CONTACT YOU!!! BUT YOU DO NOT RESPOND!!! I do not like being made a fool of. I ordered dishes from you folks and they arrived two pieces short. I went on line to your customer service department to get it straightened out. They assured me I would get the two missing salad bowls. This is Everyday White by Fitz and floyd Coastal Starfish collection.
I received a replacement order confirmation e mail Delivery order number BBR40008891044 that two dishes would be shipped to me . Expected delivery 6/29.

This morning 6/27 a package arrived from you with ONE dish in it. If you look at the paperwork you send me you will see two items are listed. What is this???!!! You take a persons money short ship them so you can make a little more profit and hope they won't notice. Then when you get caught you try it again hoping you will get away with it!!!! I have heard your firm is in financial trouble but this borders on fraud. I want my second dish!!! I paid for it and am entitled to it. Needless to say future business with your firm will not be considered.....

We got a Ninja Foldable Oven as a gift from our daughter. This oven is of the lowest quality I have ever seen. It could also be dangerous to the health. It rusted and oxidized on the interior of the oven and the slide out tray. I do not believe in "disposable ovens" but this one is definitely "disposable 100%". I would like to exchange it for another one, please let me know what are my options. Thank you.

I have been a customer of Bed Bath and Beyond for years and very satisfied, except in one area.... I absolutely love the Fresh Scent packets and have them in both my homes in Florida and New Jersey. I purchase approximately 12 packets every 3-4 months, so I guess you could say I'm a loyal customer. This is not the first time I have had a problem with the freshness and date on these packets at more than two of your locations in two different states. Yesterday I purchased 6 three packs and when I got home, noticed they were dated June 27,2019. I contacted the Willowbrook Company who is the manufacturer and they stated that they have an agreement with BBB that these will be kept up-to-date and fresh in your stores. Your store in Mays Landing, NJ is not abiding by the agreement. This will be the second time I have had to return a large quantity of these due to the fact that they smell old. The company explained how to read the date code, and my most recent purchase was over a year old. I will be returning these. I look forward to hearing your response. Susan Rauch

I am on the telephone waiting for 45-60 minutes to get through but I am also sending an e-mail. Ordered 2 boxes of coffee from Bed Bath and Beyond on 5/9/2020 with an order # of BBB3641623584. They were to be delivered on Thursday 5/4/2020 but according to FEDEX, the order was sent back because of package damage. Now I am being charged for a package I never received. Not very happy at all.
