Contact
I've been a passive/dormant client of MetLife for 30 years and want to contact them to add to and adjust my account. But no online site or email allows me to contact them and find out steps I need to take. You'd think a banking-type institution would make itself available for additional funds, instead of hiding away. That "hiding away" causes me some worry: Are they hiding from me? They will send something to my text message service, so they say, but as unbelievable as it sounds, I don't do that. I'm retired. Of course I'll phone them, but on the phone my "add" could well be "subtract" -- I don't like bankers playing with me.
Refund letter
I have called a couple of time to fine out about a letter i received on May 26, 2020. It says that i am due a refund and the check will come between 30-60 days after this first letter, but when i call, no one seems to know where the letter is in there system or about the check ??? were else can i go to inquiry about this information?
Updating beneficiary addresses
The beneficiarie's addresses on my life insurance policy need to be updated. The last update was 12/10/2008. Is there a special form to update this information OR will a letter with the updates suffice?

Greetings,
My sister, Edna L. Fraser, had a stock life policy with MetLife. Edna died 5/3/2019. The named policy beneficiary, Kellie Harcherik Salito, processed and received the sum due under the policy. I am the executor of Edna’s Estate.
Separate and apart from the policy proceeds was a stock account accruing stock in MetLife. At the time of Edna’s death, there were 67 trust interests in the account --- upon which quarterly dividends were being paid. Recently, I received a dividend check for $30.82 payable 9/14/2020.
In view of Edna’s death, I would like to have the stock account {COO17950495} and all dividend checks payable after 5/3/2020 converted and made payable to the Estate of Edna L. Fraser. When that is done, I intend to liquidate the account and have the funds deposited into the Estate account for ultimate distribution to the appropriate beneficiaries.
I enclose what I believe to be the essential documentation to effect the above. If not, please advise. The proceeds of this account are the only remaining assets left to be distributed.
Respectfully,
E. Robert Fraser, Executor of Estate of Edna L. Fraser
Dental insurance
I have requested a statement from MetLife dental since 3/3/2020. I need a statement that I am no longer covered from MetLife for dental insurance. I need this to show a life evebt change in order to be added to my wife's policy. Several attempts at the San Salvador location has proven to be a waste of time and A complete demonstration of incompetency. Very dissatisfied with service.
