Norton customerless serviceless
Keep getting "Norton LifeLock, service notification, free upgrade, so called the number listed twice. this happened on 4/18/2020 and again on 4/19/2020 and both times was put on hold for 30 minutes, a lady's voice kept coming on and saying "do not hang up, we will be with your shortly". Now in my world "shortly" is not 30 minutes. I understand with the Virus epidemic may affect business, but I really do not understand. Could someone please explain why 30 minutes on hold two times is an acceptable business customer service practice.
My computer is not fixed
Good afternoon. I have been having trouble with my computer and the technicians since April 25, 2020. They worked on installing the antivirus protection and fixing any threats, etc. Two days later I had to call them again because it wasn't working. Then I let it go for a couple of days and thought that maybe it had to warm up a little or some crazy thing like that. Then on May 6, 2020 I called the techs again and someone worked on the computer for a few hours. He disabled the touch screen because he said that was the culprit that is messing up everything. Okay. Well, it wasn't the touch screen. The computer is almost as bad as the first day I paid for it to be fixed. I guess now I want my money back and I'll find someone else to work on the computer or I'll buy a new one. I paid $298 for the service. That's a lot for a retired person on a fixed income. Interrupted by norton
I keep getting interruptions on my desktop computer from Norton trying to force me to buy its product. I need for this to stop i am not buying anything. I have aol and it provides me with Norton protection.
Cancel my norton
I bought a few days ago, can not download myself or through your tech, please, please cancel and put my money back on my credit card. I tried calling and was kept on phone to long, I hung up! Please cancel and give my payment back, thank you
Problem with product
tired of sitting on the phone all day with a foreign country operator.. can anybody at Norton USA fix a problem????? #43193567 nothing at all was accomplished with the call...….. this is the third time I called in two days. Really tired of waiting on the phone only to find out they cannot help me and pass me on.

On August 14th 2020, I accessed to our bank account (Bank of America) and carried out the regular checking. Unfortunately , I found out that your company (Norton) had charged us the subscription without our permission. Nowadays, I list out your transaction as follows for your investigation.
