Do not like this..they have took money from my checking account without my authorization.

Unauthorized money taken from my account as well. Better Customer Service should be available to refund unauthorized drafts.

I do not understand why my card was charged but I need a refund back. I do not have a PlayStation game system or anything else for that matter so I don’t know why or how my card account is even leaked to this.

Been trying for days to chat or refund. Called no answer says to contact support and this Bot thing is doing its own thing. its going to take more than 14 days to get through.

I am unable to contact ANYONE for support. chat is not working, toll free line is not working, twitter was no help. Can someone help me reset my password. it seems as if my account was hacked or email is just not working. I know it was the correct email

My account was hacked on Nov. 16, 2019. I received an email about my account email address being changed and I was out of town, so obviously it wasn't me. I finally got PSN on chat and they said I couldn't answer enough security questions because I did not know my original PS3 serial number (I do not have that system anymore). So I called 7 times only to be told they could not help me get my account back because I didn't know the PS3 serial number and the most recent purchases on my account (since it was stolen, how could I know this info, i told them the most recent purchases I made before it was stolen) so after those 7 calls, I was told to send a letter to Sony Customer Service explaining what happened, not an email a letter. I said I just told you (Customer Service) what happened. Said they could not help me. Pretty much lost long time customer for good. Moved to Xbox and will purchase the next gen Xbox and am done with Sony for good. I emailed Customer service also and no response. I doubt they will ever contact me.

My son keeps getting this error and all his games are locked. We have tried hooking it up hardwire and still getting this.It won't let him make his primary I've tried everything. As per PlayStation BS chat for 3 days I keep getting we are unable to process your chat request at this time. I'm ready to buy my son an Xbox because this is crazy!! Mind you this didn't happen until after they took my monthly payment.

I have tried a for 4 days to add funds to my account with a PlayStation gift. it give me a error message WC 40377-1 each time I try to load it and I have tried to call and no one is their try your chat also and no answer also. if this is not fixed I will quite playing

Everytime you update modern warfare it takes forever and a lot of space, your newest update barely lets me play. do you know the saying if it's not broke don't fix. it i pay for your service and right now me and a lot of people are not getting our money's worth so fix the problem.

Hello, I need your help regards payment with visa on PlayStation, my son paid for 4.99 euros for a game and nothing is functioning why? another question please he tried to make a payment today of 9.99 euros but I did not have credit hence when I top up my visa it will be paid automatically or he need to make another payment please? not to be deducted twice?

I have called EVERY phone # posted on EVERY PlayStation site - NO one answering any phones. Went to website to Get Refund. NO RESPONSE - only a blank page Unauthorized charge on my Bank Account - Now I'm going to have to cancel this card and get a re-issue. VERY INFURIATING!

I've been trying to contact Sony and nobody is available my account was banned due to some fraud someone had hacked my bank account and were purchasing things off of PlayStation Network and it was not me I had gotten refunds for my bank and now I'm banned don't know what to do I need my record back or if I can't use anything in it.
