Bought new Frigidaire refrigerator from Schneenabugers appliance store in Cass city mi. Never worked since delivery. Its been 9 days now without refrigeration. a full refrigerator that was full of food had to be tossed out- not covered by insurance. both the store and customer service seem to be giving me the runaround. I would like to see 3 things come out of this;

1. my fridge repaired with an extended warranty included and replacement food
2. food replaced that went bad.
3. a new fridge with the lost food replaced.

I am trying to reach a person to find out what the status of my warranty is. Please provide a related telephone number.

I purchased model FFAD7033R1E0 Dehumidifier from amazon on 8/2018. It now has a code FO and it no longer functions. From my reading this problem may still be under warranty.

The oven doesn't come on. The stove is 20 yrs old. There'sa broiler on the bottom. It looks like there's a pilot light in the back that is not on. Could this be my problem?

My wife and I used to live in cental Indiana and in 1997 I was in a Montgomery Ward store and spotted a front load clothes washer that had been returned for some reason. I bought it and we used it until we moved to our present home in Montvale, Virginia in 2003. I was reading the May issue of Consumer Report that discussed the problem with mold in front loaders. We have used this washer for 23 years and have had very little mold problem. We are curious about how rare having this model still working "quite well" is!!

We would like to buy model #FG4H2272UF but without the water dispenser on the door. Is this something that can be done? We love this refrigerator but not the dispenser. Let me know, thanks

We just bought a house with all appliances included. Our Frigidaire dishwasher needs that wasn't able to star t we open the faucet with hot water before starting the machine. Also it needs that we turn on an interruptor in order to the machine starts. We never saw something like that. Today I used the machine and it worked ok but for the second load I wasn't able because the only light that appeared on the panel was PF and the other buttons never lighted, Could you explain what means the PF thing? The machine looks brand new the manual doesn't show the Model number. I am very frustrated. Please, could you help?

I am sorry I ever purchased my Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator, model number FGHC2331PFCA a little less than three years ago. It has quit twice since then, both times displaying the same error code. I purchased the five year extended warranty plan from Home Depot, but had to wait two weeks for a repair the first time it quit. It quit again this morning, and I expect the same wait time for repair as the first time it quit. It is extremely challenging to keep a busy household running with no refrigerator for weeks on end. I bought a new refrigerator today, and guess what? It is NOT a Frigidaire!!

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER BUY a Frigedaire product. My freezer is less that 3 months old and it stopped freezing. The company was incredibly unhelpful and will not assist in the $2,000 worth of food I lost because their products was defective. Spent hours on the phone trying to get help.only to have the customer service rep hang up on me. Wasn't me to a third party service that was supposed to help and charged me $30 to try to get a phone call back. Horrible experience and will never buy their products at again. BEWARE!!!

I have tried to contact your company since June, I bought my mobile home in august 2019, it came with fridgidaire appliances. In june of 2020 my microwave caught on fire and no longer is working. I need to talk with someone about this. This was not caused by any misuse.
