I got an Ergorapido Model No EL1064 which recently started to shut down after a few seconds after activation. You Push the button -Unit runs for a few seconds then shuts down. Checked the voltage at the tabs -14.2vDC OK. Brush clear and turning. Social media reports similar problems with this and similar other Ergorapidos. Love the Machine but how do I get it running again ? What's causing it ? Electronic component ?
Appreciate your help.

I spoke with Takera Cox today a supervisor at Electolux vacuum division at 4:23 on 06/12/2020. She firmly and repeatedly told me they will do nothing to solve my issue. I sent my warranty card in as I do for each and every item I purchase yet was told there isn't any record of that. I did my research and found that there was a transfer of information during a corporate change of hands and some data may have failed to be deemed important. I bought an Electrolux because of the name not any other reason...the brand name. (I actually bought an Electrolux canister vacuum from a salesman at my home many decades ago) I did not in any way misuse my vacuum but yet I'm being told nothing your corporation cares to do about helping me.

My vacuums has a lithium battery yet it won't take a charge after barely using it so I called your customer service department..I asked where can I go to get this repaired and is it under warranty? My vacuums has been discontinued so nothing can be done! I'm thinking maybe it was discontinued because it is defective and customers complained! So I can't get it fixed I can't buy a replacement part I Sent in my warranty card but there's no record..and if I didn't save my Wal-Mart receipt I'm shit out of luck. How is that in any way taking care of a customer who spent hard earned money on your product?

Please make an exception and find me a battery for this vacume.

Model # 126ss30js3 had it for about 4 years it's freezing all the food,nobody knows anything how to fix it, cannot afford to much to fix as I'm not working due to this covid.
