Topper slips off mattress
Every morning I have to try & pull back on mattress. I am in a wheelchair & this is very difficult.Do you have any suggestions as I can’t continue to do this.If no results you will need to accept this back. This is expensive to have this problem.

I placed my order on 4/9/2020 for buy 1 rollNgo pillow @$29.99 and get 1 free with. Well I received my order today 4/28/20 and just got two pillow cases for the roll up pillows but no pillows. When I place my order, the roll up pillow cost $29.98. It was buy one and get one free with free shipping. You charged my Visa account $32.04 which is the $29.98 plus tax which would be the cost on one pillow. I entered the promo code that was shown on the TV ad for that evening. Therefore, I would like to receive my two pillows I am entitled to. I also looked up the price of the pillow cases for the roll and go pillow and they are originally $19.98 and on sale for $9.98. So the amount you charged my VISA does not add up to the price of the two pillow cases. Please send me my two roll and go pillows please.

Call to Customer Service (4/9-Jordan) was to send me a return tag for my order #11009419-R ($10.00) was not received. I tried to contact someone so that I could EXCHANGE instead, as I saw that you had an ivory

1130124210 I ordered 2 pillows on may 4 it is now May 13. It’s been a full 10 days now & the only information is “Delivery date pending”. I could have had an order from China by now!!! Is My Pillow still in business? You certainly took my money fast enough not to mention I get 3-4 emails a day about wonderful offers but NOTHING about my order! I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the lack of service & I will NOT recommend! Pitiful!

I received a e-mail telling me that you needed my physical address in order to re-send the sheet sets i ordered, I sent that.
Just got a new e-mail from you saying that the sheet sets in dark gray and taupe that i ordered are out of stock. You gave me two options, 1. to chose colors that are in stock, or, 2. choose a refund.
Please just refund the money i paid for the sheet sets, and extra pillow cases. I'll try to reorder at another time.

2 pillows sent with king topper
The 2 pillows sent with the king mattress topper are the worst pillows ever,your head sinks to the topper,with no support,very poor pillows, what you say on tv is wrong, and the topper is no better than the 2 queen ones i already have.
Wrong size topper
I bought a Mattress topper last week from Boscov's department store. It was a full size but it does not fit the full size mattress. Not even close--Probably 4-5 inches all the way around. I gave it time to see if it would expand but to no avail. What should I do? I like the product. TX Jim

Received order on Monday, August 10th. After washing and drying gray sheets I found that the seams on pillowcases are not sewn straight. It causes the seam to show on top of pillow and when I try to even the seam it puckers. I have not yet opened the white sheet set so do not know if cases have same problem.
Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you.
Ordered sheet sets - never got them
I ordered sheet sets on 4-4-2020, paid $245.90 on my Master Card. I never received the sheet sets!
I was sent an e-mail telling me that my sheets were returned to you because FedEx does'nt deliver to p.o. boxes, and if i would e-mail my physical address to you, you would re-send the sheet sets. so i sent my physical address-8939 Willow Creek Road, Dorris, CA. Still no sheet sets?
I then received another e-mail from you, stating that the color of the sheet sets i ordered were out of stock and i could chose other colors or receive a refund. I did not want the other colors, so asked for a refund instead.
I have not received a refund by check, or a credit to my Master Card. It's been 4 months since i ordered the sheet sets, please tell me i'm not out $245.90!

I wish that My Pillow would stop advertising all day and half the night. It is completely annoying to have to listen to the crap that comes out of your mouth time and time again and when one reads all the bad reviews on your products I certainly would not buy a dog bed from you con artists. You have nothing to loose if you cease advertising, shut down your so called factory and become a preacher. The public will rejoice if you cancel your advertising for good.
Return two pillows
Bought two pillows 12/2/2020 would like to return both pillows. Need some type of number to return them??? No customer service. Waited on phone over one hour to answer never answered.
An order I placed for 2 queen size pillows, Large dog bed
First I can only say the receptionists that answer sound like they are totally bored,crabby,and not interested in caller, Me. If they cannot practice customer service they need to be replaced by someone that needs the job. I am a Christian and this has been a hard time for all of us. The bill I received was completely unclear. When I gave the order for the dog bed, as I have 4 others and I and my dogs love them, it seemed to bother the woman taking the order, I wanted the rustic type in large. That went pretty well. the Pillows I have given them to all my kids who are adults. No complaints their. I love my pillows and saw them on sale, I had specifically requested the sale price this time, the woman mumbled something. I am disabled, and on Soc. sec. disability, A discount is a blessing to me. I will probably have to cancel the pillows, as money is tight. I have RA, and Osteo , and had neck and spine surgery, I look so forward to go to bed at night, it is the most pain free time for me.
