Office depot send the wrong item twice. Customer service was awful, no help in fixing the problem. Had to have my bank cancel the charge. Awful, awful to do business with.

The store nbr952 in Bakersfield ca is not making customers practice social distancing even though signs are posted through out the store. They say 25 people in store when it is suppose to be 10 IN SOCIAL EVENTS. ALSO, why isn't company protecting their staff by providing equipment..gloves, masks, cover ups. They should be encouraging online ordering with at store pick up or delivery.

Can't navigate phone system. won't take my information, goes in circles. Impossible to talk to anyone. repeating recording is annoying!
