I have been a customer for many years. Always a real pain to get any help. NOW IT HAS GONE TOO FAR. I refuse to pay for a service and not be able to get help when I need it. Got new laptop. Tried to install product on it. System says I have no more installs. supposed to have 5. I only own 2 including the new one. WTF is this all about. tried to contact via live chat. Rep was horrible. no help. Tried calling two times. first time on hold 56 minutes. when they answered call was immediately disconnected. 2nd call at 5 AM Eatstern time this morning on hold 1 hr 55 minutes when I gave up. I am done. Now I just have to figure how to terminate my auto billing feature. Can't get onto website no matter what I do.. Reset password, system says wrong password no matter what I do. have tried 5 times. then it says gonna lock me out for an hour. This is total BS. I know we are going thru this corona virus thing but this company has COMPLETELY ABANDONED IT'S CUSTOMERS. BYE NORTON. GONNA BUY SOMETHING ELSE.

I recently took my old Windows XP to my computer store for a cleaning checking for problems, etc. The Tech without my permission, (well, I didn't think it would happen) removed my Norton 360 protection!

Well, there a couple of problems, first my XP is so out of date, it couldn't have Windows 10 put on it. I wasn't aware of this. "Avast" was downloaded on the computer. I am not going to buy a new computer at this time, I use another one at a different location, but plan to use memory sticks to get my information from it and another old computer.

With my information, which I am sure have, although I don't understand how this is done; Could you re-download my Norton 360 which I just put on the old Windows XP, I want to keep the information on this old computer until I can retrieve it with a memory stick?

I don't know how this is accomplished. Please advise me about this matter.
